The Statistics
Most cardiac arrest happens in the home. Responding immediately with CPR can greatly increase odds of survival. You desire to have confidence in your ability to respond to someone, especially a child, who is choking or bleeding. There's no better feeling than being prepared to help when needed..

The Old & The Young
Cardiac arrest isn't just an "old person" problem. According to the American College of Cardiology, in a study spanning from 2000 to 2016, out of 2,097 patients admitted to a hospital for a heart attack, 20% were 40 years old or younger.*

The Opioid Epidemic
Overdose in public is presenting itself more frequently. Big box stores, bathrooms, and parking lots are not uncommon. Additionally and unfortunately, many families are directly involved, having a loved one with the problem.

The Clock
When someone is choking, experiencing an allergic reaction or on blood thinners and springs a leak, the situation needs to be addressed quickly and with confidence.

The Cost
Compared to your cell phone bill over 2 years, the cost of getting certified is nothing.

The Mirror
When presented with an emergency either you'll do something or you'll do nothing. When you look back on what happened will you regret not doing anything or will you rest assured in the knowledge that, at minimum, you tried?

Groups as small as 2 people are encouraged!
